Billie Eilish and James Cameron both took to social media recently to announce the release date for the film of her recent tour. Recording in 3D took place in multiple theatres including Manchester in the UK and will be released to the public on 20th March 2026.
Many bands have tried the 3D approach, including rockers Guns ‘n’ Roses and Metallica with pretty good results. However, it has never quite been truly immersive. It will be really interesting to see if such a committed 3D enthusiast as James Cameron can bring to the genre.
